A Time to Give Thanks

The real estate market the last several years has been very good. Lease rates and sale prices are at or near all-time highs. Vacancy rates are at the lowest in over thirty years. Those of us in this business should be thankful for having benefited from these conditions.

However, not everyone has been so fortunate. We are all aware of those in areas which have been devastated by the hurricanes and fires. Some people in these areas have lost everything. Others across the nation may be struggling for different reasons.

Thanksgiving is a time for us to realize our good fortune and remember to help others in need. There are so many great places to give in all areas of the country.
