NAI Ohio Equities’ Industrial Property Team Recognized by CoStar for Top Industrial Leases

COLUMBUS, OH – 8/13/2020 – The CoStar Group has recognized NAI Ohio Equities’ Industrial Property Team for completing four of the top lease deals in Columbus during the first half of 2020. During the first and second quarters of 2020, the team signed a new lease at 915 Taylor Road, a new lease and expansion at 4370 Alum Creek Drive, and signed a sublease at 5400 Renner Road. All of these deals were recognized by a new market-based program from The CoStar Group that names the top sale and lease deals completed each quarter.

915 Taylor Road included 24,000 SF of space leased to Merlin Packaging Technologies, a custom filling and product packaging solution company. The building is owned and maintained by Meritex.

4370 Alum Creek Drive included a new 100,800 SF lease and an expansion of 129,465 SF of space leased to Hyperlogistics Group, Inc., a locally-based logistics and supply chain company.

5400 Renner Road included 127,500 SF of space subleased to Stanley Electric U.S. to service its facility in London, Ohio.
